License to purchased content

When you purchase an ebook, you're granted a personal, non-transferable license to download and read it. You may not redistribute, resell, share your download link, or post the content publicly. Download links are personal to your account and may expire after a set period or number of uses.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, ebook purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased ebook, contact us at [your contact email] and we'll work to resolve it.

Note: if you have customers in the EU/UK, digital goods are subject to consumer "right of withdrawal" rules unless the customer explicitly consents to immediate access and acknowledges they lose that right — this section should be reviewed with a lawyer if you expect EU/UK sales.
